My weight stayed the same this week at 246 lbs. That bummed me out a bit, but I cannot quit.
The changes this week are increase my aerobic activity to 30 minutes and my fix my posture.
The rest of the activities are as follows
Only water to drink
Very very limited red meats
No more sugar
No more deep fried foods
Ride a bike to and from work
Tens (see my video First step for me to get more healthy)
Working out
Parking further from the store
And I shaved to keep an eye on my double chin.
